SecureAI offers tiered plans designed for automotive aftermarket organizations of all sizes. Each plan is billed per seat, per month, and includes access to AI models, file upload capabilities, knowledge bases, and conversation history. This article explains what each plan includes, how pricing works, and how to choose the right plan for your organization.

Plan Tiers

SecureAI offers three plan tiers. All plans include core SecureAI features -- the difference is in capacity, model access, and administrative controls.

How Pricing Works

SecureAI uses a per-seat, per-month billing model. Each active user account counts as one seat.

What counts as a seat

Any user account with an "active" status in the Admin Panel counts as one seat. Deactivated or suspended accounts do not count toward your seat total. Pending invitations that have not been accepted do not count as seats.

Billing cycle

Billing is calculated at the start of each monthly cycle based on the number of active seats at that time. If you add users mid-cycle, the additional seats are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. If you remove users mid-cycle, the reduction takes effect at the start of the next billing period.

Volume discounts

Organizations with larger seat counts may qualify for volume pricing. Discounts are applied based on committed annual seat counts rather than month-to-month usage. Contact your account representative for volume pricing details.

Annual vs. monthly billing

Both annual and monthly billing options are available. Annual commitments receive a discount compared to month-to-month billing. Annual contracts are invoiced quarterly or annually depending on preference.

Starter

The Starter plan is designed for small teams getting started with AI-assisted parts lookup and customer support. It provides access to fast-tier models, which handle straightforward queries like part number lookups, basic compatibility checks, and simple Q&A efficiently.

Best for: Small shops or departments with 1--10 users who need basic AI assistance for daily parts lookup tasks.

Professional

The Professional plan is built for mid-size organizations that need more capacity, multi-team support, and access to more capable AI models for complex tasks like cross-referencing OEM part numbers across manufacturers or analyzing parts compatibility across vehicle years.

Best for: Organizations with 10--100 users across multiple departments (parts, service, sales) that need higher capacity and better models.

Enterprise

The Enterprise plan provides the full SecureAI feature set with no artificial limits, advanced security controls, and dedicated support. It is designed for large organizations with complex compliance requirements, multi-location operations, and high-volume AI usage.

Best for: Organizations with 100+ users, multi-location operations, or strict compliance requirements (SOC 2 audits, GDPR data subject requests, HIPAA-covered workflows).

Choosing the Right Plan

Use these questions to determine which plan fits your organization:

How many users will access SecureAI?

Token Allocation and Overages

Each plan includes a monthly token allocation per seat. Token usage is tracked across all conversations, file uploads, and knowledge base queries.

What happens when you hit your token limit

When a user reaches their monthly token allocation, new conversations are blocked until the limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. Existing conversations remain visible but cannot accept new messages. Administrators receive notifications when users approach their limits.

Monitoring usage

Changing Plans

Upgrading

You can upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you upgrade:

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Before downgrading, review what you will lose:

Trials and Evaluations

Trial availability varies by organization and is determined during the sales process. Trials typically include full access to SecureAI features for a limited time with a set number of seats. For details, see Is there a free trial?.

Billing and Invoices

Invoices are sent automatically to the billing contact on file at the start of each billing cycle. Administrators can view and download past invoices in the Admin Panel under Settings > Billing > Invoice History. For details, see Can I get an invoice?.
